Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has a double bed; bedrooms 2 and 3 (first floor) each have a double bed; bedrooms 4, 5, and 6 (second floor) feature bunk beds, double beds, and additional sleeping options. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, and espresso machine. The house is ideal for families with children, though the dining table does not seat 14. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV with DVD player, 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, and access to a shared play area with toys and books for children. Electricity charges apply from October to the end of March, calculated according to actual consumption. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Outside, relax in your private garden and on the terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a children’s table, swing, and barbecue. The coastal path is just 50 meters away, and beaches are within walking distance. Parking includes 2 spaces and additional street parking. Parties and events are not permitted to ensure everyone’s peace and quiet. You are a 5-minute walk from the Port Blanc pier for shuttles to Île aux Moines and Gulf excursions, and 8 minutes from Toulindac beach with its water sports center.
